Information and use

We process information needed to provide the features you use. This may include your email address and account identifier for Firebase login; your bookshelf, reading progress, bookmarks and notes for cloud backup; and transaction identifiers and entitlement status for purchases. Features available to you depend on the app version. Downloaded books and some preferences are stored on your device.

We use this information to operate the app, restore available reading data and purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Cloud backup does not necessarily provide synchronization between Android and iOS.

Service providers and advertising

When enabled, Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore process account and backup information. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Advertising processing depends on your privacy choices, permissions and applicable law. Required consent and tracking permissions must be obtained before the relevant processing.

Personalized advertising may constitute “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without monetary payment for data. Where applicable, you may opt out or withdraw consent through available privacy controls or by contacting us. Non-personalized ads may still require limited data processing.

Apple or Google handles payments made through its store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase's privacy information and Apple's Privacy Policy for their practices.

Storage, security and deletion

We retain personal information only as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

You may contact djm123456789hzy@163.com to request access, correction, deletion or an available copy of your information, or to appeal a privacy decision where applicable. We may verify your identity and will handle requests within applicable legal time limits without unlawful discrimination. Authorized agents may act where permitted by law.

Deletion may be subject to justified legal retention and provider backup cycles. Uninstalling the app does not delete a cloud account or cancel a subscription. Device copies and backups may need to be removed separately.

Children and changes

Readavelle is intended for adult readers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
